Swept away by Crepeaway!

So everyone at some point in their lives has found the need to reach out and feel inspired. I've taken on this blog as a way to express my passion for all things culinary and it also allows me to write the way I want. Check back often for reviews of DC Metro restaurants and my own personal recipes!

Last night we [my husband Josh and I] went to Crepeaway for a spectacular midnight snack! His second visit, my first and certainly not the last for either of us. We ordered the Manjo, which is a crepe with Nutella, bananas, and vanilla cookies. It folded up to perfection allowing for easy devouring in a handing little cone. The crepes are a little thicker than what I am use to, but delicious and chewy none the less. They also offer savory crepes that I have my eye on for the next time. Can you believe it was all started by and American University student too! Next time I promise to take pictures to share. Oh and by the way, the kids forgot our order but were apologetic and now we have a free crepe coupon. Good food and great customer service, that's an A+ in my book for the AU kiddies.
